Envoy offers competitivebenefits and awesome flight privileges!ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload of baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials on andoff aircraftTransport items between terminals, aircraft and the bag room usingbelt-loaders, tugs, carts and other vehicles/equipmentMarshal aircraft which requires working closely with teammates to ensure thereis a safe path for the aircraft, jet bridge, vehicles, and equipmentClean and service cabin interiors, including seat back pockets, seatcushions, tray tables, overhead bins, cockpit, galley, and thelavatory which also include following procedures to properly drain thelavatoryDe-ice aircraft which requires using equipment to applychemicals/compounds, if applicableAnswer inquiries regarding general travel informationPromote and sell air travel with American Airlines, American Eagle,and/or other contracted carriersPrepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, prepare/issuetickets, check baggage and collect excess baggage chargesPerform duties in the departure lounges or at boarding gates when enplaningand deplaning passengersEscort passengers from the terminal to and from aircraft ensuring a safe pathat all timesComplete all necessary arrangements for accommodating passengers withreservations and stand-by passengers, including cabin upgradesDetermine flight close-out times and prepare, complete and check variousflight forms for accuracyJob RequirementsIn this role, Agents must be able to perform all duties under sometimesstressful conditions beyond the employee's control while attempting toinfluence a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines or anyother contracted airline service provided by Envoy.
