Job id-508872301ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receive, review, and process export documentation for an assigned baseof accounts. Process and follow Shipper's Letter of Instructions accurately. Prepare and process Delivery Orders, Dock Receipts, Warehouse WorkOrders, air Bills of Lading, Insurance Certificates, Certificates ofOrigin, Consular Documents, Shipper's Export Declarations, and CustomsInvoices through the XXXX system. Meet all Company and government deadlines for processing these documents. Prepare and/or send advance notification of shipments and documents tobanks, shippers, consignees, and destination offices, as required andwithin Company standards. Arrange, book, and confirm cargo space on vessels. Coordinate theordering of cargo to port. Calculate air freight rates and marine insurance accurately and accordingto established procedures. Close files and distribute documents in accordance with pertinentrequirements and in compliance with export standards. Communicate with clients, coworkers, and supervisors in a clear,concise, and timely manner. Adhere to all domestic and international shipping regulations. Provide excellent and timely customer service, under the closesupervision and advice of the department Supervisor or Manager, by informingclients of the status of shipments and referring clients to a higher-levelauthority when questions are beyond scope of responsibility. Advise department Supervisor or Manager of any transaction problems orirregularities. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines, such asthe Code of Conduct, assigned work schedules, and attendance requirements. Perform other duties as assigned.Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year international transportation industry experiencepreferred or a minimum of two years of college courses in supply chainlogistics, international transportation, or a related field of study.Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
