Job Description

WSP is seeking remote Full-Time Image Processing Clerks

Hourly rate is $15.01 per hour- This position does have career advancement opportunities through a Career Path.

Training Start Date is: Tuesday 5/18/2021. Training schedule is: 8:00am-4 :30 p.m. Monday-Friday for six (6) weeks. After training the schedule will have flex hours. This includes the flexibility to schedule yourself for a 40 hour work week any time from Monday-Friday and during the hours of 6am-6pm

This is a remote position, but may require times when the employee will need to report to the building. Only local candidates being considered.

Reliable internet connection is required to be able to support the needs of our business as well as support the needs of your household.

Computer equipment will be provided by the company

Smart phone required for secure log-on purposes

Location: Remote; should have a quiet, dedicated space to work free from distractions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Image Processor reviews and processes license plate images that are captured by the Toll Collection System

(TCS), this includes analyzing and classifying images. The Image Processor will also be responsible for reporting any

trouble with cameras or other equipment to the Customer Service management team. Image Processor may be

reassigned on a long term or temporary basis to other shifts, or other schedules, to balance manpower or meet the

needs of the company.

  • Review license plate images to determine correct license plate, verifying correct vehicle information and make the

  • adjustment as needed

  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Meet or exceed performance criteria established for the position

  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Physical Demands:

Primarily sedentary physical work requiring ability to lift a maximum of 10 pounds; occasional lifting, carrying, walking and standing; frequent hand/eye coordination to operate computer keyboard and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; speech communication, hearing and listening to maintain communication; daily use of computer keyboard and standard office equipment.

Job Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Good levels of computer literacy

  • Ability to work at speed and with accuracy at a high level of attention to detail

  • Must be able to pass Skills Assessment Tests to be considered for an interview

  • Ability to pass a Background Check and Pre-employment drug screen

  • Ability to achieve and maintain departmental performance standards

  • Ability to adhere to attendance requirements
