Responsible for planning and expediting the installation schedule that meets customer on-time delivery dates; coordinates with Customer Care, Sales, Installation, Builder Channel customers and Installation Subcontractors to set up installation schedules.

  1. Coordinate and prepares all installation schedules for builder channel for specified region, which includes the delivery coordination, the installation confirmation, and the initiating of invoicing

  2. Provides accurate and timely installation and updates to the builder sales management team and customers

  3. Interfaces with subcontractors, Install Manager and builders on a daily basis for updates as well as managing the third party expense payments to subcontractors by auditing the pay requests and submitting them with approvals to the corporate accounting team

  4. Alerts the team to potential scheduling conflicts based on information acquired via email, phone or builders scheduling software such as SupplyPro

  5. Maintains install schedules, alerts the team to changes, identifies variations in trends that may influence our ability to provide needed services

  6. Produces reports weekly and monthly as required for project updates for internal and external customers

  7. Employs existing software solutions (currently Builder Trend) to establish the framework for a scheduling module that is scalable for future growth and provides exception reporting as required

Qualifications:

  • High school education or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred

  • Four years work related experience in customer care, installation or purchasing
