We are seeking an organized, motivated individual to join our team.

Production Manager coordinates and manages the receipt, warehousing, assembly, client configuration and distribution of equipment to the branches served by the distribution center. The Production Manager assumes responsibility for effective and timely equipment disbursement, warehousing and return of equipment to manufacturers


  • Manages daily activities of direct and indirect reports.

  • Recruits, hires, trains, disciplines and terminates staff as needed.

  • Assesses competency, capacity and performance of direct reports.

  • Assures direct reports effectively supports the needs of ATPs and branches.

  • Assures distribution routes are effectively scheduled and managed.

  • Assures the timely receipt and warehousing of all incoming products.

  • Assures the timely assembly and client configuration of all fully received orders.

  • Effectively communicates with ATPs regarding assembly and client configuration issues with orders.

  • Approves time and manages overtime for all direct reports.

  • Assures the proper maintenance of facilities and distribution vehicles.

  • Assures on-site physical inventory is effectively managed and controlled

  • Assures all equipment returns are completed and documented in a timely manner.

  • Assures direct reports, facility and vehicles are within compliance with associated governing bodies.

  • Works in conjunction with Operations Manager to maintain an acceptable level of on-hand Work in Process (WIP) at the end of each period.

  • Works with AM to meet and exceed financial goals. Fiscally responsible for direct distribution center related operating expenses such as office supplies, warehouse supplies, overtime, vehicle related expenses, etc.


  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem resolution abilities.

  • Knowledge of complex rehab equipment and products

  • Strong ability to assess job competency and manage capacity of staff.

  • Strong ability to delegate and drive results thru accountability

  • Strong ability to problem solve

  • Strong understanding of inventory management
