They will work with the Eagle CountyOperations Manager, Breckenridge Operations Manager, Assistant OperationsManager and the CEO to adapt existing operations systems to maintain anddevelop the brand and continue the tradition of exceptional guest service thatbrand is built on. Maintain a professional working relationship with allemployees and customers.Job Responsibilities:Hire a staff of shuttle drivers, transfer drivers and dispatchersEnsure hiring of enough staff to service above goals for each seasonTrain shuttle drivers to a superior level of driving safetyTrain drivers to be able to maintain exceptional guest serviceMaintain a superior level of cleanliness in all vehicles and officeEnsure drivers are following all DOT and FMCSA regulationsEnforce company policiesEnforce COVID Safety RegulationsProvide verbal and written warnings to staff as well as hand out suspensionswhen necessaryMaintain all regulation filings -- specifically DVIR and Driver Record of DutylogsMaintain a complete understanding of all regulations set forth by anygoverning agency (including but not limited to FMCSA, PUC, DOT, DIA,county governments)Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and governing agencies(FMCSA, PUC, DOT, DIA)Train and supervise a dispatch staff in guest service, driver interactionand software systemsFacilitate communication between staff and managementDevelop long term strategies for increasing efficiencyBe able to fill in sales, dispatch and driving roles with reasonableefficiency and efficacyAddress upset guests and guest service issues with the goal of turning eachinteraction into a happy return customerCoordinate and manage maintenance program for vehicles with senior operationsstaff, staff mechanics and outside providersDevelop emergency protocols for all possible scenarios involving vehicleproblems, guest issues, weather extremes, road closures, etc.Maintain a clean driving record - failure to do so could result in immediateterminationBecome proficient with Hudson reservation and dispatch softwareBecome proficient in current GPS tracking solutions softwareBecome proficient in monitoring all systems in place, including but notlimited to; WEX, TSO gps, Hudson, COTRIP, Sprint, Direct ConnectAssist General Manager with development of a loss prevention program utilizingGPS tracking systems and in-cab video monitoring systemsRequired Experience and Skills:Prior management experience requiredDriving and dispatch experience preferredAbility to communicate effectively across departmentsOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to interact in a friendly and comfortable manner with potentialvendors, guests, and employees via phone and in personExtremely detailed orientedHighly computer literateTeam orientedMust be available for weekends and holidaysMust be able to pass a criminal background checkInstill confidence and motivate drivers and dispatchersClean driving recordWe pride ourselves on providing the highest level of guest service in thecounty and industry.
