Security Service Federal Credit Union Maintenance Specialist in Broomfield, Colorado
Responsible for performing maintenance duties, ensuring work is completed satisfactorily and providing maintenance assistance as required. Assists in the mailroom as directed, and performs other duties as needed. Performs general and preventative maintenance, and repair work, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and landscaping repairs. Oversees and ensures the physical facility is safety compliant and maintenance technicians follow correct safety procedures. Ensures company owned vehicles maintained. Notifies supervisor when repairs are required, and re-fuels vehicles as necessary. Coordinates projects related to installation, maintenance and repair work within area of assigned duties including planning and scheduling work and equipment. Maintains records of installation, maintenance and repair orders to track activities, ensuring work is documented, and on file; prepares status reports for projects. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of facilities/building maintenance experience with the ability to perform a variety of maintenance/repair tasks. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Communicate effectively with maintenance staff and branch management alike. Good problem analysis and solving skills. A high attention to detail; be flexible and a self-starter. Valid driver's license, a good driving record and insurability. Lifts up to 100 lbs. occasionally & 50 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. Activities occur within inside and outside environments. Able to focus on multiple work projects or multiple functional/technical areas.
