Qualifications
The Warehouse Supervisor – Summer Vacation Replacement (SVR) is a 90-day, temporary position. This individual will be responsible for the safety, productivity and daily activities of the shift shipping, receiving, and picking operations. Working with another Supervisor, the SVR will learn the basic fundamentals of Mopar warehousing, customer service, and World Class Logistics (WCL).
The current pay range on the position is between $850 – $1050 / week depending on factors such as year of schooling and prior experience in this role with Mopar.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with sophomore or higher standing
Ability to work any shift and overtime, as required
Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in technical field
Previous Supply Chain Management experience
Previous Supervisory experience
Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor/develop team members
Previous experience working in a union environment
Strong background in LEAN Manufacturing principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
