Customer Service

Health Care industries are expected to grow and are looking for entry level Customer Service candidates that have an interest in the area of Health Care support! Randstad Denver is currently seeking candidates with Customer Service experience to join a team here local in Colorado! This is considered an entry level Customer Service position in which you will be working with an established Health Insurance provider, in supporting their customers on a national level. In this position you will be working remotely from home (until such a time the call is made to return to the office). Schedule Is Monday-Friday Multiple shifts will be available betwen the hours of 7:30 AM -6:30 PM Pay $17.00 an hour. The training will be starting on 10/19/2020 and will be held Monday-Friday from 8:30-5 In this position you will be responsible for assisting external customers via phone and written communication to answer questions and provide support regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts eligibility and claims. Quickly and efficiently analyzing problems and providing accurate follow up and solutions to the customers. You will also be working with additional departments internally to provide the necessary support needed to make sure the customers leave with a positive and engaging experience. This is going to be a temporary project throug the end of March. Responsibilities

Answering inbound related phone calls regarding customers exisiting medical health insrance, could be in regard to benefits, claimes, authorizations, coverage of the customers Employer Provide Health Insurance.
