The Operations Manager will support operations strategy, planning, analytics, and execution for Lyft’s Bikes & Scooters program in Denver. You’re someone who can dive into the details (ex. build financial analysis and refine operations models to improve service quality) and energize teammates to execute on a vision, hit performance targets, improve KPIs, and drive operational excellence.
As an Operations Manager, you will report into local leadership, and work together to shape the vision and execution for the Lyft Bikes & Scooters ongoing operations - as well as contribute to success and learnings in additional markets, through the contribution to playbooks, organization capabilities, and advising with on-the-ground execution.

Manage a small team of operations specialists, who will oversee the operation on set schedules throughout the week
Support growth goals through both analytical understanding of targets and performance - members, rides, frequency of ridership, service levels, etc. - and ability to implement across the organization and with vendors (marketing, service delivery, etc.)
Help identify and drive P&L priorities around top-line growth and cost efficiencies and reductions
Own and drive a substantial portion of local projects and work streams that support the entirety of Lyft’s programming
Create playbooks, metrics and contingency plans to govern day-to-day operations
Synthesize market feedback and recommendations for local leadership, along with other business, product, and engineering teams
Build, maintain and monitor reports, dashboards, and metrics to evaluate performance
6+ years of experience, in roles with a strategy, management and operations focus
Entrepreneurial mindset with a get-it-done attitude
Experience building from scratch, working cross-functionally, and managing people and processes
Experience managing projects across cross-functional team (e.g., strategy, operations, product / engineering, marketing, data science, etc.)
Quantitative by nature and obsessed with process improvement
Role is based in Denver with limited travel to other markets, when required
