PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe purpose of this job is to help build and maintain a successful rentalbusiness, assistingcustomers in securing their rental equipment needs as well as maintainingrental equipment andensuring it is properly stored.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIESAssist customers with their rental gear needs, ensuring a positive customerexperienceMaintain the Rental department, including overall cleanliness standards,gear presentation, maintenance, and warehousing of inventoryFollow up with customer where neededPartner with sales team where applicableProspecting and ClientelingProvide feedback on inventory relevanceAdditional duties as assignedMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS .and. SPECIAL ATTRIBUTESHigh School Diploma or GED required.Entry level; zero years of relevant work experience requiredBasic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard businessapplicationsBasic knowledge of musical equipment function and nomenclature; preferablyin regards to pro audio equipmentCollaboration: Able to develop cooperation and teamwork while participatingin a group, working toward solutions which generally benefit all involvedparties. Good team player, able to build good working relationships withothersCustomer Focus: Understands customer service principles, and able toprovide an excellent customer experience.
