As the Service Operations Manager you will be responsible for
· Leading and managing a team
· Managing workflows & escalations
· Driving the creation of quality/process change initiatives
· Tracking service channels
· Assess and report on data
· Managing sub inventories related to QC, quarantine, and spare parts.
· Assist Supply Chain in ordering parts and inventory
· Prepare periodic reports & analyze results
