As a Supply and Demand Planning Consultant, you will be responsible for helping organizations optimize business performance across the supply chain enterprise. Working as part of a team, you will drive operational objectives, build internal capabilities and transfer supply chain knowledge.

  • Identify and implement initiatives designed to improve upstream and downstream inventory and replenishment management processes

  • Review historical consumption trends, research demand drivers and generate and translate forecast and demand data into alignment with inventory models

  • Maintain open and direct communication with key stakeholders, while coordinating with sourcing, production planning and logistics to optimize the supply chain efficiency and costs

  • Proactively identify issues that may inhibit successful delivery performance, and work with clients to resolve potential failures before they occur


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related field required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply and/or demand planning

  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate and deliver tactical results with the ability to effectively work through cross-functional teams to drive process improvements

  • Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Proficient user of various software including MS Excel and PowerPoint, and inventory modules of ERP systems

  • Previous experience with process mapping and making recommendations for process improvement

  • Proven track record of leading and delivering inventory management and monitoring initiatives
