This position is responsible for leading our suspended billing teams onshore. Duties include handling escalated account resolution, providing support for Suspending Billing reps, and driving productivity and quality for the suspend teams. Responsible for researching and resolving PCCR’s related to Suspended Billing.


  • Generates and analyzes reports to identify problems and trends in revenue management and staff productivity.

  • Develops necessary corrective action to resolve deficiencies.

  • Handles complex suspended billing to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.

  • Acts as a resource to subordinate personnel to resolve suspended billing issues.

  • Organizes and structures work assignments of billing staff to ensure all billing is handled timely and appropriately.

  • Communicates with physician and payors to resolve outstanding suspended issues.

  • Routinely performs internal account audits to ensure compliance to all revenue management policies and procedures, including all federal, state, and local and JCAHO regulations.

  • Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance appraisal and disciplining of subordinate staff. Supervises the activities of subordinate staff.

  • Provides direction and guidance in work assignments. Ensures timely and accurate completion of tasks.

  • Typically manages a team of 25 non-exempt employees.

  • Implements and ensures compliance with revenue management policies, procedures and best practices.

  • Ensures compliance to company policies and procedures as well as with federal, state, local and JCAHO regulations.

  • Performs other duties as required.


  • This position supervises all subordinate employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management, hiring, and discipline of subordinate employees within the department.

Minimum Required Qualifications


Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma is required.

  • Three years of relatedexperience, with one year in a lead or supervisory capacityisrequired.

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
