The Headlines:

In the role of PM Warehouse Supervisor working in Denver, CO you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team. This person is responsible for the management and training of shift personnel to ensure the efficient completion of tasks assigned.

This position reports to Warehouse Manager and collaborates with our internal warehouse and delivery teams.

This position works the following schedule : Sunday through Thursday;Shift start time is 3:15 pm and the team works until production is completed (the team generally works 8-10 hour shifts depending on seasonality of business).

The Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all people management-related processes, including staffing, performance management and discipline, time system management, communications/team meetings, etc. for the assigned team; must have daily team meetings and monthly 1x1’s around goals and current performance

  • Responsible for determining and reaching targeted production rates; responsible for managing assigned P&L

  • Document coaching conversations, performance or behavioral issues, attendance concerns, etc. after verbally communicating with employees

  • Leads safe behaviours by leading by example, sharing “all injuries are preventable” philosophies, and identifying risky behaviours while performing work-withs with individuals on team.

  • Address unsafe behaviours and utilize performance management tools to coach, correct, and manage

  • Address patterns, trends and multiple occurrences through use of corrective action process

  • Identifies process improvements to ensure the safety of employees while managing budget

  • Be consistent in holding individuals accountable for performance concerns with non-rotated beer, old beer and/or breakage

  • Other duties as assigned

The Other Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Minimum 3+ years of Warehouse experience

  • Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and/or moving up to 25 lbs. and occasionally handle kegs weighing up to 165 lbs

  • Position requires physical presence within CDC

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and/or walk in a warehouse environment, which includes refrigerated space

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

  • As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check

Job Posting Salary Range: $61,200.00 - $88,000.00
