PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Completes aircraft and engine maintenance as required or neededFollows established and normal aviation safety procedures and processesMaintains complete and accurate maintenance recordsConducts scheduled inspections and completes follow-up as requiredInspects engines, landing gear, instruments, pressurized sections,brakes, valves, pumps, air-conditioning systems and other aircraftrelated systComplete necessary maintenance and repairs (replacements) on theaircraft, its subsystems, and componentsRepairs sheet metal or composite surfaces and assembliesChecks for and corrects corrosion, distortion, and cracks in thefuselage, wings, and tail and other sub-assemblies IAW with applicableinstructions and directivesADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hoursOther duties as assignedCOMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for thoughtful adherence to all SNC Policies, Procedures, andCompliance regulations (internal and external)ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work on knees, bend, crouch, and reach over headExtensive worldwide travel requiredMinimum physical requirements to perform all duties and responsibilities, asdefined by managementNote: This position may be considered a safety-sensitive position dependingon business area requirements.SNC job descriptions are meant as summarizations only.
