Customer Service Mechanical Technician

A well known industry leader in manufacturing is looking for some highly enthusiastic Mechanical Technicians to work on day shift. Are you experienced with Mechanics? We are looking for an individual to champion the quality of our products using both automated and manual tests, reporting and verifying defects. Responsibilities

• Receive parts from Logistics in order to assemble machinery following standard procedure

• Accurate mechanical build and installation of stations per design

• Alignment of the machine and conveyor circuit

• Wiring and plumbing of the machine per company’s standards

• Pre-align stations with calibration

• Final alignment and fine tuning of station

• Brainstorm potential mechanical changes with the engineering team

• Install and change mechanical cams

• Run machine during debug

• Install safety guarding

• Support of the machine at customer site.

• Installation system escapement, feeder, tray handler etc.

• Responsible for the review of content of the Customer Service projects and support services with Service Applications and Engineering

• Support debug activities on the floor and customer site

• Responsible for accurately and timely generating the Customer Service documentation

• Responsible to treat customer funds as if they are Mikron funds

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
