Primary Responsibilities1. Establish and maintain positive rapport with customers by providingprompt and courteous service. Assist customers with loading of merchandise,and other needs. Effectively work together with fellow CSRs to ensurecontinuity of customer service.2. Remain current and knowledgeable about products and the Company catalog.Advise customers using technical knowledge and manufacturers catalogs.Determine proper price classifications, prepare sales invoices utilizingCompany computer database.3. Responsible for conducting counter sales transactions, credit and cashtransactions, obtain relevant signatures for billing purposes. Acceptreturned goods for credit and complete warranty paperwork as directed byWarranty Department.4. Sell equipment, tools, parts, accessories, materials, andsupplies to such as dealers, contractors, service firms and industrialaccounts5. Recommend and promote related add-on items to customers. Advisecustomers on substitution or modification of related items and productapplication information.6. Provide accurate price points from Company computer database. Receiveand fill telephone and facsimile orders effectively. Prepare items forshipping, communicate accurate delivery information, and completepaperwork for warranties as directed by Company Warranty Department.7. Consistent and timely follow-up with customers and sales consultants withaccurate quotes and product information.8. Collaborate with outside sales consultants to provide timely feedback andnotification of above average price quotes.9. Maintain, organize, and stock shelves. Maintain inventory control.Assist in organization of equipment and product displays. Ensure store areais kept sanitary and orderly.10. Attend branch meetings, technical training session and general Companymeetings as requested.11. Participate in the Counter Sales Representative incentive bonus program.Qualification Requirements Commitment to excellent customer service.
