We currently have an opening for a third shift (11pm-7am) Forklift Operator at our manufacturing facility located in Golden, CO. This facility manufactures corrugated packaging products for local and national customers. Starting rate of $22.05/hr.
Preferred minimum qualifications for consideration are a high school degree or GED (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of two years forklift experience. Highly-qualified candidates would possess production experience in the corrugated industry.
Work is within a production/warehouse environment. Employees work 8 - 12 hours a day, five days a week. The employees work time is spent primarily in a sitting position on a powered industrial truck, which when seated as a driver places the employee 30- 40 inches above the ground, however the employee has frequent opportunities to walk and also do office (computer) work. Work is routinely done indoors, although exposed to outside temperatures via open dock doors. Temperature inside the plant often times exceeds 85 degrees during the summer months.
