This position is responsible for regulating machines by setting and adjusting controls. Also responsible for determining sequence of operations by studying blueprints, specifications, and work orders. Prepare machines for production by positioning and securing dies, stops and guides.

Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances.


· Working as part of a team and keeping good communication.

· Machine dental restorations and post process them with a hand piece.

· Organization and sorting of the restorations before sintering.

· Sintering (putting units into a furnace.)

· Shading restorations if required.

· Correctly filling out FDA paper work on medical devices that are being milled.

· Basic housekeeping and cleanliness of the work area.

· Scanning and data entry of the restorations being worked on.

· Ensure the work is complete before ending your shift.


Learn job skills, basic dental terminology, and company policy and procedures to complete assigned tasks.


Work on assignments that are routine in nature.

Examination of small parts for quality control.


Work under minimal supervision and receive detailed instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.

2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm M-F


· No experience required.

· Machine operation knowledge is helpful.


Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.


· Good time management

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Good verbal and written skills

· Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
