DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible for conducting the day to day schedule planning for Pilots,Clinicians, and Maintenance personnel across the Air Methods network ofbases. Assist in building annual schedule, placing new teammates into shiftpatterns, approving vacation requests and shift trades. Interface with crewmembers to resolve scheduling issues and concerns.Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:Assist in building annual crewmember schedule at each base, includingcreating schedules for new or returning crew members.Utilize scheduling tools to fill open shifts at Air Methods bases, ensuringcompliance with local licensing requirements and equipment qualifications.Approve crewmember vacation requests, shift trades and bonus shiftopportunitiesAssist in maintaining crewmember databaseDocument opportunities for scheduling process improvementMaintain confidential scheduling / personnel informationOther duties as assignedAdditional Job RequirementsRegular scheduled attendanceIndicate the percentage of time spent traveling: 5%Subject to applicable laws and Air Method's policies, regular attendanceis an essential function of the position.
