Apex Transportation is a Flatbed and Oversize Trucking Company for hire andseeking good safe experienced drivers with CDL Class A Drivers Licences andDOT Medical Cards and that have at least 2 years experience in TractorTrailers. Preventable Accident-Free for the last three years and no majorviolation per the FMCSA requirements. WE ARE OFFERING NEW HIRE A Sign on andRetention Bonus, we pay hourly and overtime after 40 hours for all in-statetravel and OTR Mileage pay is .47 CPM for legal loads and .50 CPM for Oversizeloads. Trucks are assigned and no slip seating. We cover 90% of thedriver's Health, Dental and Vision and 75% of any qualified dependentsbenefits. Weekly pay as long as you have all the documentation from the tripsturned in on time. The fleet is ELD compliant and has dashcams for yourprotection and the company. 18-speed transmissions and most of the fleet isPets or Kenworths.1. Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Qualifications (whichincludes, but are not limited to, FMCSR part 391).2, Have a valid Commercial Driver License with proper endorsementsin state of residence and have no current license suspension or revocation. Awork permit is never acceptable. (See FMCSR parts 383 and 391).3, No convictions for a "serious or disqualifying traffic violation"within the last three years. (See FMCSR parts 382, 391, 392, and397) A "serious or disqualifying traffic violation" includes thefollowing: Excessive speeding involving any single offense for any speedof 15 m.p.h. or more above the posted speed limit.4, Reckless driving, as defined by state or local law orregulation, including but not limited to the offense of driving a motorvehicle in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property5, Improper or erratic lane changes6, Following the vehicle ahead too closely7, Hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, or failureto report an accident8, Violating a state or local law or ordinance prohibiting textingwhile driving a motor vehicle9, Violating a state or local law or ordinance restricting orprohibiting the use of a hand-held mobile device while driving10, No driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugsviolation within the past five years.11, No more than four moving violations in the past 36 months,and no more than two moving violations in the previous 12 months.12, Have no preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodilyinjuries treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehiclewithin three years.13, Have a minimum of two years' experience in the operation ofthe type of vehicle to be operated.14, Must be at least 23 years old.
