The Tradavo Office & Warehouse Administrator will be a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and cost-savvy individual who utilizes their organizational, fast-paced nature to independently run the Tradavo shipping warehouse while simultaneously handling administrative and customer service duties within the office. A successful candidate will demonstrate unparalleled organization and time-management skills to ensure constant communication with internal teams ensuring projects are successfully completed within a deadline.
It is the Administrator's job to not only pull, pack and ship in a timely, safe and efficient manner but to also be the point of contact throughout the shipping & handling process company-wide across a broad range of projects and initiatives. As an entry-level position, we are seeking individuals who wish to grow quickly within a company and eager to regularly take on new responsibilities and scope of work.
Responsibilities and Duties
Pick and pack orders (parts orders, PnM)
Sticker, pull, build and box SMS
Create and print stickers for SMS, freezer components, and beverage tracks
Break down and take out the trash
Communicate with the Project Management Team in regards to POGs
Place orders for freezer components
Communicate with ordering personnel when other items are needed (beverage tracks, hooks, labels, etc.)
Ship via FedEx using FedEx Ship Manager
Pack and ship Trade Show items when needed
Create return labels for office team members via FedEx.com
Communicate with CSR and/or PM team when receiving returned items to ensure customer credits
Additional administrative and customer service duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Warehouse and Administrative experience is a plus
Simultaneously manage multiple tasks
Proven organizational and prioritization abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to take initiative in all aspects of job duties
Be a self-motivated & independently driven team member
Inherent intellectual curiosity to learn and grow within the company
A hands-on mentality willing to undertake new projects on a regular basis
Communication & interpersonal skills
