Tow Truck Operators with excellent customer service skills wanted. You will provide a solution that will get thecustomer safely back on the road or towed to their preferred destination.As one of our Light-Medium Duty Tow Truck Driver (Service Technician),you will be you will be responsible for safely operating a truck with acapacity up to 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) to provideTowing Services and you will be responsible for responding to emergencyroadside service request and * Tire Changes,* Lockouts,* Jump Starts,*Fuel Delivery, etc.We are a very diverse company looking to hire quality people that are willingto represent us well on a daily basis. No experience necessary! WE WILLTRAIN the right hardworking individuals. Must have a clear driving record andpass pre-employment drug test and background check. No DUI/DWI. A successfulcandidate will have a strong work ethic and a high degree of mechanical aptitudJob Requirements:- Valid Colorado Driver's License with a good driving record. CDL notneeded, but a plus.- Previous Experience in the Towing Industry is a plus,but we also have a training program available for those without experience.- Customer Service Experience.- Ability to use a GPS Navigation Device.- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructionsfurnished in written, and, or diagram form.- Flexibility is required to work with others in a variety of circumstances.- Problem solving is required to analyze issues and create action plans;frequently requires independent interpretation of guidelines.- Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities and interruptions.- Demonstrate attention to detail in all areas of work.- Customer-oriented approach to problem solving.- Strong interpersonal skills, including fostering a positive teamenvironment.- Physical duties performed under some temperature variations and underconditions with exposure to risk of injury. On call work will be required.Responsibilities: Safely operate a flatbed/wheel lift tow truck Load and unload vehicles Properly track and document activity log Report any issues or incidents to dispatch Inspect truck before and after tripQualifications: Must be at least 21 years old.
