Position Overview
We are actively searching for a full-time Warehouse/Delivery Driver for our Longmont, Colorado location. This position will work Monday through Friday with rotating 8 hour shifts with an hour lunch. Hours are between 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime hours can be expected and based on company staffing needs.
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following:
Loading and unloading trucks
Organizing products and rotating stock as product is received
Daily upkeep with products to maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard
Delivering products to customers in a timely and professional manner
Keeping delivery vehicles clean and looking professional
Keeping warehouse manager aware of maintenance items needed on vehicles
Other duties and responsibilities include the following:
Assist in the repair and maintenance for the warehouse equipment
Operating forklifts
Driving delivery trucks
Moving 50-55 pound bags of fertilizer and tackifiers from trucks to pallets and stretch-wrapping them neatly
Qualifications for the successful candidate include the following:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to operate a forklift
Must have a clean driving record and be insurable
Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
Must adhere to all safety rules at all times
